Terms and Conditions.

We guarantee the following

All work carried out by us will conform to local authority regulations and site owner policies. We will without fail respect the sanctity and personal dignity of the plot we are tending. We will carry out all the work stated. If we are not able to do so due to conditions beyond our control, we will contact you to discuss the matter. If we are unable to carry out any work, perhaps due to the condition of the plot/headstone, then your deposit will either be fully or partially refunded dependant on what work we have achieved and the time taken to do so. We will use appropriate and quality materials at all times.

Prices quoted are for attendance within a 20 mile radius of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, as shown by our map, please click here. Attendances outside this area will be subject to a mileage charge of 40p per mile; this is in addition to the original cost of the service. This is up to a further maximum radius of 15 miles and is charged each way. We would be happy to quote for attendances outside this area.

In return.

Any work carried out by us at your instructions be it verbal or written will form either part of, or the whole of, the contract between us. We will confirm any verbal instructions by either e-mail or post.

Whilst a full payment is required for our single service, a deposit of 25% will be required for our double and treble attendances.

However, for attendances of 4 or more, we will require a deposit of 15%. No work will be carried out until such deposits have been received and cleared.

Prior to our second and sebsequent attendances, we shall communicate with the customer, preferably by e-mail, of our proposed date and time at least one week beforehand thus giving the customer sufficient time to request an alternative date and time.

On completion of the work and depending on what service you have requested, you will be sent an invoice and payment is required within 14 days of the date of the invoice. The balance of the invoice will of course reflect the deposit paid. Invoices for multiple visits will be divided pro rata per visit. Two examples of this are below.

If the client for whatever reason decides part way through, to cancel a multiple attendance contract then all monies paid to date will form part of the fore filled contract and there will be no pro rata refund of any deposit. No further work will be carried out by us. This does not affect your statuary rights of reparation if our work is proven to have fallen below our very high standards.
